We’re Bangladesh’s first ethically made charcoal brand, crafting clean-burning briquettes and charcoal powder from discarded coconut shells, green coconut husks, and agricultural leftovers. But this isn’t just about fuel—it’s about fueling lives. Our briquettes are shaped by the hands of rural women, many working for the first time with pride and dignity. Every flame lit with our product lights up a cleaner sky and a stronger community.

At Carboneed, we’re proud of more than just the charcoal we produce — we’re proud of the lives we touch, the waste we transform, and the future we’re building.

We’ve taken thousands of kilos of discarded green coconut husks, dry coconut shells, and jute sticks — once burned or dumped — and turned them into clean, efficient fuel for homes, restaurants, and industries. Each briquette we craft replaces deforestation, reduces harmful emissions, and brings dignity to rural hands that shape them.

We’ve onboarded underprivileged women from remote communities, trained them with care, and turned them into income-earning micro-entrepreneurs. Their hands don’t just make briquettes — they mold resilience and rewrite stories.

Our products are already fueling grills in local restaurants like China Town BBQ in Dhaka, while our samples are now reaching international buyers in China, Australia, and Thailand. We’ve built our own electric kiln, piloted IoT-based carbon tracking, and secured our first piece of land in Gazipur for scaling up.

These are not small wins. These are sparks of a much larger fire — a fire we intend to spread ethically, sustainably, and globally.
